Delivery

-We aim to deliver the next working day for orders placed before 12pm. (goods less than 30kg)

-We will contact you before dispatch to make delivery arrangements for large items, (30kg and over) These goods will be delivered with a tail lift truck to the curbside. Please allow 3-5 working days for pallet deliverys. Very large items such as the firewood processors or saw mill may take longer and may need a forklift for off loading. In the case we are unable to contact you to arrange a delivery day we will put your order on “Book in” service with the pallet company, where they will call you directly to arrnage the delivery.

-If you have paid for your machine to be built, the dispatch time will vary depending on our workloads, but will normaly be around 1-2 additional workin g days.

-Shipping to mainland UK excluding the Scottish Highlands and islands is free on orders over £99. Shipping below £99 is charged at £9.95.

-Please contact us if you need us to ship to the island of Ireland, highlands and any other islands.

-Aspen fuel will be shipped direct from the importer and will take 5-7 working days.
