Fill the machine with oil.
Lubricate all grease nipples & other appropriate areas.
Adjust & align drive belts.
Adjust and tune the engine as appropriate.
Adjust blade clearances & other working parts to ensure optimum performance.
Check and test electrical & safety systems.
Your machine will be delivered built & ready to use (some machines will have specified exceptions – these will be specified on the products)

Did you want to save yourself some time and work? We can build and test your dumper for you for fee.
Our engineers will spend around an hour and a half building the machine, setting up the cables, adjusting the belts and setting the engine speed. The machine will be filled with oil, ASPEN Fuel and the grease points lubricated. Aside from fitting the butt the machine will be delivered read to use.
