In addition to your legal statutory rights, some additional provisions to support the products we offer are made by the manufacturers or importers of the goods we offer.

NDM Distribution will repair free of charge manufacturing faults that occurred during the warranty period.
The warranty does not cover faults caused by abuse, neglect, accidently damage and misuse.
Abuse, can cover such points, (but is not exclusive to) improper storage and over loading.
Neglect, can cover (but is not exclusive to) Failure to correctly maintain and adjust your machine correctly. For example not adjusting cables/belt or failing to use fresh clean fuel & lubricants.
Accidently damage, can cover (but is not exclusive to) Physical damage caused by the machine or mechanical damage caused by improper care, such as allowing fuel to go stale in the fuel system.
Misuse can cover (but is not exclusive to) improper use of a machine for example over loading a dumper or over feeding a chipper.
Resolving the issue.
The quickest and most efficient resolution is for us to supply you with a replacement spare part free of charge.
If the customer is unwilling or unable to fit a replacement part the machine will need to be retuned to NDM distribution for repair.
The customer will be responsible for retuning the machine to us for repair and the associated costs.
We can arrange for the return shipping. The customer making the claim will be responsible for ensuring the machine is suitable packaged for return, for this reason we recommend keeping the original packing materials. Fuels and oils will need to be drained for transport. If the product is on a pallet it will need to suitably packed and secured to the pallet. The pallet will need to be ready “At the roadside” on a paved surface between 8am and 6.30pm on the arrange week day for collection. Failed collections will incur addition charges.
Upon delivery to NDM we will inspect the machine. If we deem the repair to be a warranty fault the repair will be free of charge. If the fault is non warranty the repair will be chargeable. We will contact you prior to carrying out any chargeable work.
Whether an approved warranty repair or charged repair the customer will need to pay the transport costs before the return of the goods.
If any bill is not paid within 30 day of invoice we reserve the right charge storage of £30 Per week +VAT. If storge charges exceed the value of the machine we reserve the right to dispose of the goods as we see fit to recuperate our costs.
