Description
Powerful 212cc Loncin Engine
The Lumag HC10Pro Wood Chipper features a powerful and reliable Loncin 212cc 4-stroke OHV petrol engine. With 7HP of power, it tackles demanding garden jobs with ease.
In addition, the engine starts quickly and delivers dependable performance throughout the year. As a result, you can spend more time working and less time maintaining the machine.
Heavy-Duty Chipping System
The HC10Pro uses a duplex drum chipping system driven by a robust twin-belt drive. The drum contains two chipping blades and a counter blade. As the drum rotates, it chips material efficiently and consistently.
When the cutting edges become worn, you can rotate the blades and continue working. Consequently, you extend blade life and reduce running costs.
The HC10Pro also features an extra-large chipping drum. This larger drum stores more kinetic energy and transfers greater force into the timber being processed.
Furthermore, the larger drum handles a higher volume of material than the Outland DC9 and standard Lumag HC10. Therefore, the HC10Pro delivers improved productivity and faster throughput.
Easy-to-Move Chassis
Lumag designed the HC10Pro for simple manoeuvrability around your property. Large pneumatic tyres roll smoothly across uneven ground, while the integrated handles make transport straightforward.
As a result, you can position the chipper exactly where you need it.
Large Hopper and Easy Access Maintenance
The large feed hopper accepts awkward and uneven branches with minimal preparation. Therefore, you spend less time cutting material before feeding it into the machine.
Like all wood chippers, occasional blockages may occur. However, the hinged hopper and discharge chute make clearing them quick and simple.
Simply remove two nuts to open either section and gain direct access to the chipping chamber. Consequently, you can clear obstructions and return to work with minimal downtime.
Ideal Applications
The Lumag HC10Pro is ideal for processing branches up to 100mm in diameter. However, material at maximum capacity requires slower feeding and takes longer to process.
For continuous operation, the machine performs best with branches between 75mm and 90mm in diameter. As a result, you achieve smoother feeding and higher productivity.
This machine is a dedicated wood chipper rather than a chipper shredder. Therefore, it handles woody shrubs and leafy branches very effectively.
However, it is not designed for processing large volumes of green waste, such as leaves, on their own.
Additional Features
In addition to its premium engine, the Lumag HC10Pro includes a 360-degree swivel discharge chute. This feature allows you to direct the wood chips precisely where you want them.
Furthermore, the machine comes fitted with an hour meter, allowing you to monitor usage and schedule maintenance more effectively.
Lumag also supplies a protective cover as standard. Consequently, you can protect your investment when the machine is not in use.
